Our Policies

We thrive to provide the best possible service we can offer. We have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone has a satisfying experience with RayzorMeBri.

All appointments must be booked online. Please only text, call, or email for any questions or concerns you may have. All appointment confirmations are sent through email the same day you book. You will get a confirmation text one day before your appointment to confirm you can still attend, and the address will be included.

SHIPPING 

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!

Our products are shipped within 6-10 business Days using the following carrier: USPS.

IF local, PICKUP OR DROP OFFS are available!

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your slot. Your deposit does go towards the total cost of the service. If you do not place a deposit within 24 hours of you booking, your appointment will be canceled and available for others to book. Your remaining balance can be paid via cash, cash app, or Paypal.

If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. For no call no shows you will not be able to book with us again.

​

We ask that you arrive to your appointments on time. There's a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $15 late fee added to your remaining balance. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled due to the inconvenience and you will be asked to reschedule.

We ask that you bring HD or Transparent closures and frontals only. Please no cut bundles/wefts. If hair is wet, there will be an extra charge for blow drying. Custom color does take time. We ask that you drop your hair off 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
